Thanks for being patient with me. Pain Mutant is a side project that I'm working on whenever I have the time, so there is no official publishing schedule or anything.

I hope you enjoy these strips. They are dedicated to all the other pain mutants out there, and to the people who care about them.

Someone secretly donated a CORE membership to me, and I would like to thank them. Their gift encouraged me to get back on DA. Over the past few months I've felt overwhelmed by some of my own health issues, and I've been turned inward as a result. I've neglected my social life in the real world and online. Up until just recently, I hadn't seen any of my family in months. I haven't seen my friends. I just don't get out that often anymore, mostly because I'm tired due to fatigue and pain. However, even if it's difficult, I'll keep trying to change that. I'd like to be more social.

I also wanted to let you know that my latest comic strip series will be debuting soon. However, a lot of these strips will be more serious, as they focus on living with chronic illnesses and coping with constant pain. Some of them will just be about weird or funny things that happened to me, though, to help balance things out.

I'm working on this series whenever I have the time and energy, so please be patient. I'm going to try to keep the art style for this strip very simple, so that I don't wear myself over a side-project.

The strips will have their own site, but I'll try to post some of them here, either as deviations or journal entries. Stay warm out there, and I wish you the best over the winter holidays.

Hello everyone. I've been taking a long break from DA, and other parts of the internet, and now I'm back. My health issues are still a big problem, but I'm trying to work hard despite them. Dingus Rancher Adventures is ongoing, and now there are over 100 pages of DRA that you can read for free anytime at dingusrancher.com

I'm very proud of the recent fight scene, which I spent a lot of time on. I never imagined that I would be drawing an epic battle between an eyeball monster and an adorable pixie thing, but it was fun and challenging. I learned a lot from it.

We're taking a break right now, but the story will finish up soon, and we'll move on to the next set of strips.

I have some new video game related fanart pieces sketched out, and I'm also developing a series of comic strips that deal with my health, and living with chronic pain. There's another, weirder project in the works, but I can't talk about it right now.

I was gifted a core membership by - Thank you so much. You've encouraged me to get back into DA, and to try to be more involved with online folks in general. I'll try to make good use of your gift.
